Public Works - Award contract to sole bidder for Supply and Deliver Solid De-Icer Material in Yavapai County, AZ - Contract #1722021(All districts)
Brief Explanation of Need
On August 17, 2017, the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors opened a single bid for Supply and Deliver Solid De-Icer Material in Yavapai County, AZ - Contract #1722021.  See attached bid tab.  Following a review of the bid received, it is my recommendation to award this contract to Desert Mountain Corporation for all solid de-icer material to meet the anticipated needs of Yavapai County.  It is the intent and purpose of this contract to establish firm prices for this material for use as required by Yavapai County for a period of one (1) year.  This contract will be effective October 1, 2017, to September 30, 2018.
