Brief Explanation of Need
The WAPA Contract was executed on April 20, 1998, for a Facility Use Fee of $120.00 a year for the use of the site by Yavapai County to install repeaters at the Mount Union tower location. Which are used for disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation communications.
The new twenty (20) year agreement to include, but not be limited to, revised agreement language and provisions, update the accuracy of the GPS coordination, addition of photographs and legal descriptions of the Mt.
