Located on the east side of SR 89, approximately 3.5 miles south of the SR 89/71 intersection in the Community of Congress. S13 T09N R06W   G&SRB&M. (District 1- Supervisor Simmons)
Brief Explanation of Need
On February 6, 2006, the Board of Supervisors approved a Zoning Map Change from RCU-2A (Residential; Rural; 2 acre minimum lot size) to PAD (Planned Area Development) in order to allow: 194 single family residential lots ranging in size from approximately ¾ acres to 2+ acres; five acres of commercial and an approximately 1 acre fire station site on a total of 329 acres.
On February 7, 2005, the Preliminary Plat for Antelope Creek was approved administratively.
On June 5, 2006, the Board of Supervisors approved a Final Plat for Phase 1 of the Antelope Creek subdivision, consisting of 82 single family residential lots and 21 acres of open space, on an approximate 112 acre portion of a 329-acre parcel. The improvements for the subdivision were started, but have not been finaled by the County due to many needed revisions.
