Brief Explanation of Need
The original contract price with Asphalt Paving & Supply, Inc. for Overlay (Western, FY 2017-2018) in Yavapai County, AZ - Project #1722055 was $912,463.18.  After final quantities were calculated, this project was completed under budget in the decreased amount of $24,978.70.  The final contract price is $887,484.48.  We therefore request the Board of Supervisors approve this final change order in the decreased amount of $24,978.70 so that this project may be closed.
