Brief Explanation of Need
On April 23, 2018, Facilities issued a Request for Quotes to outside vendors to provide Overhead Door Maintenance and Inspection Services Agreements for various County buildings for FY 18-19.  Following a review and tabulation of quotes, it was determined that Meinhardt Enterprises LLC, dba Neumann High Country Doors presented the lowest quote.  Request approval of one (1) year Service Agreement for Overhead Door Maintenance and Inspection Services for various County buildings for FY 2018-19 with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms as the original Agreement.
