Facilities - Approve Addendum 2 to the Service Agreement with First Class Sanitation for one (1) year renewal of Portable Toilet Cleaning, Pumping and Restocking Services for County parks in the amount of $6,336.00 for FY 2018-19. YC Contract No. 2018-154. (District 2- Supervisor Thurman)
Brief Explanation of Need
In FY 2016/17, Facilities entered into a Service Agreement with First Class Sanitation for Cleaning, Pumping and Stocking of Yavapai County-Owned Portable Toilets with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods under the same terms as the original Agreement. The vendor renewed for FY 2017-18.  An invitation was sent to the vendor giving them an option to renew for FY 2018-19 and First Class opted to renew.  Request approval for renewal of Service Agreement for FY 2018-19 under the same terms as the initial term with no increase in cost from the current year.
Monthly Service Fee per park:
Windmill Park, Cornville: $352.00
Sycamore Park, Lake Montezuma: $176.00
Total Monthly Service Fee both parks: $528.00         
Total Annual Service Fee both parks: $6,336.00
