Brief Explanation of Need
On May 21, 2007, the Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a Final Plat for the Retreat on Oak Creek subdivision.
 On August 20, 2007, the Board of Supervisors unanimously approved an amended Final Plat to modify lot lines on Lots 1, 10, 16, 18-26, 28, 29, 37, 38, and Tract E and to modify Lagos and Serene Courts.
 On August 17, 2016, the Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the Replat of the Final Plat for the Sedona Ranch on Oak Creek subdivision to add 7 new single family residential lots and add a Tract H.
