Development Services - Approval of a Zoning Map Change from C1-3 (Commercial; Neighborhood Sales and Services) and R1-18 (Residential; Single Family) to C2 (Commercial; General Sales and Services) to allow for the development of a 23 space RV park on an approximate 2.51 acre parcel subject to the attached stipulations. Shelley M. Heddings; Tanner McDonald; APN: 405-24-007J; HA# H16096.  The property is located on the south side Beaver Creek Road in the Community of Rimrock. S35 T15N R5E G&SRB&M. (District 2, Supervisor Thurman)
Brief Explanation of Need
On February 16, 2017, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Zoning Map Change, HA# H16096 with the following stipulations: 1. Zoning Map Change from C1-3 and R1-18 to C2 to allow for the development of a 23 space RV Park. 2. Property to be developed in general conformance with the site plan dated 1/4/2017, submitted with the application and in accordance with all applicable codes, regulations and ordinance requirements. 3. In the event the owner of the subject property files a claim under ARS Section 12-1134 regarding this Zoning Map Change, this Zoning Map Change shall be null and void.  4. Applicant to provide copy of sales tax license to staff prior to Certificate of Occupancy being issued, if applicable. The vote was unanimous.
