Community Health Services - Accept grant funding in the amount of $21,750.00 from Health Choice Integrated Care for the Y-Care program.
Brief Explanation of Need

Y-CARE is a comprehensive neurodevelopmental screening and diagnostic clinic developed by Yavapai County Community Health Services. Y-Care’s primary objectives are to: Reduce age of assessment and diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), increase early intervention and facilitate school transitions for children with ASD, and increase family-community collaboration during treatment of ASD.  Yavapai County Autism Resource and Evaluation Clinic (Y-CARE) will identify, diagnose and treat autism, which is a neurodevelopmental disorder, and a growing epidemic and largely undiagnosed in our country. This program will be open to any child 0-21 years regardless of their ability to pay.
