Development Services - Approve a Third Extension of Time to Record the Final Plat for Bensch Ranch Estates Unit 3 consisting of 79 single family residential lots on an approximate 111 acre portion of a 549 acre property zoned PAD (Planned Area Development) for an additional three (3) years, Bensch Ranch Estates, LLC, APN: 500-25-021K; HA# H17009.  Located at the south side of SR69 between Spring Valley and Mayer. S6 T11N R2E and S31 T12N R2E  G&SRB&M  (District 2, Supervisor Thurman)
 
Brief Explanation of Need
On June 5, 2006, the Board of Supervisors approved the Final Plat for Bensch Ranch Unit 3, HA# H6056.   The vote was unanimous.
On January 5, 2009, the Board of Supervisors voted to approve the Extension of Time to Record the Final Plat for Bensch Ranch Estates Unit 3, for an additional two years or until January 5, 2011. The vote was unanimous.
On October 3, 2011, the Board of Supervisors voted to approve the Extension of Time to Record the Final Plat for Bensch Ranch Estates, Unit 3, for an additional two (2) years or until October 3, 2013.  The vote was unanimous.
On January 5, 2015, the Board of Supervisors unanimously voted to approve the Extension of Time to Record the Final Plat for Bensch Ranch Estates Unit 3 for an additional two years or until January 5, 2017.
