- Consideration of a Wireless Use Permit to allow for a 67' tall co-locatable pine tree with supporting equipment on a portion of an approximate 46.5-acre parcel in a RCU-2A (Residential; Rural; 2-acre minimum lot size) zoning district, with the recommended stipulations; APN: 100-08-001V; H18050; Hunt Family Trust; Diamond Communications; Lake and Cobb PLC; J. Greg Lake. The subject parcel is located on the west side of North Williamson Valley Ranch Road in the Williamson Valley Community area. S01 T15N R03W G&SRB&M. (District 4 - Supervisor Brown)

Brief Explanation of Need
On January 3, 2019, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted on a motion for recommendation of approval of the Wireless Use Permit, HA# H18050 with the stipulations provided.
Wireless Use Permit shall be approved to allow the construction and operation of a 67 ft. mono-pine with support equipment on a 60'X80' leased area on a 10-year basis, with staff review after 5 years and staff notification prior to transfer of ownership.
Property to be developed in conformance with the site plan dated October 30, 2018, submitted with the Use Permit application and in accordance with all applicable codes, regulations and ordinance requirements.
The maximum height of the tower, including base, platform and antennae, not to exceed 67 ft. above grade level.
Certificate of Compliance within 1 year of Board of Supervisor's approval.
Future co-locations must go through Building Permit process.
In the event the owner of the subject property files a claim under ARS Section 12-1134 regarding this Use Permit, this Use Permit shall be null and void.
The motion to recommend approval passed 6-3, with Commissioner Lindner, Commissioner Ellegood and Commissioner Griffis opposed.
