County Attorney - Approve Waiver of Conflict regarding agreements with Copper Canyon Fire and Medical District for Fleet Management services, including motor vehicle fuel and facilities use; and election services, including election drop boxes or ballot boxes, and Resolutions and other action when no election may be held under Titles 15, 16, or 48 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.
Brief Explanation of Need
The purpose of this IGA between Copper Canyon Fire and Medical District is for Fleet Management services, including motor vehicle fuel and facilities use; and election services, including election drop boxes or ballot boxes, and Resolutions and other action when no election may be held under Titles 15, 16, or 48 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.

Each party is represented by the County Attorney's Office and would like to consult the County Attorney's Office for legal advice about the agreement. In order for the County Attorney's Office to provide such legal advice to the parties, each party must waive the conflict of interest. The Yavapai County Attorney's Office therefore requests that the Boards waive the conflict of interest.
