Facilities - Approve Service Agreement with Meinhardt Enterprises LLC, dba Neumann High Country Doors, in the amount of $2,690.50 for the remainder of FY 17-18. YC Contract No. 2018-017 (District 2 - Supervisor Thurman)
Brief Explanation of Need
Facilities previously had Service Agreements with separate vendors to provide overhead door maintenance and inspection services in the Prescott and Verde Valley areas. The provider in the Verde Valley went out of business and that Service Agreement termination was approved by the Board on 01/17/2018.  The provider for the Prescott area agreed to service countywide, however, the business has a new owner and new name. 

The Service Agreement to terminate with the previous owner is on the agenda at today’s meeting for approval. Request approval for new Service Agreement with new owner Meinhardt Enterprises, LLC dba Neumann High Country Doors to provide service to buildings countywide for the remainder of FY 2017-18.
