Treasurer - Approve process of abatement for 2013 taxes on parcel 403-22-025H9 for the Camp Verde Sanitary District.
Brief Explanation of Need
In accordance with A.R.S. §42-18351 through 42-18353, the Treasurer requests approval to process an abatement to 2013 taxes on parcel 403-22-025H9 for the Camp Verde Sanitary District, due to an erroneous assessment. The Assessor issued a correction for 2014, however, tax year 2013 is beyond the three year time limitation within the error correction statutes.
