BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AGENDA-2018
- Approve a temporary position of a Human Resources Specialist in the Human Resources and Risk Management department for a period of six (6) months.
Brief Explanation of Need
This position is being requested to assist in the day-to-day workload in the Human Resources and Risk Management department. Due to several upcoming FMLA absences, as well as several large projects in the coming months, this position is necessary to maintain our current level of service and productivity. Total impact to the General Fund for a 6 month period at 29 hours per week is approximately $16,500.00.
