Brief Explanation of Need
The original contract price with Asphalt Paving & Supply, Inc. for Ho Kay Gan Drainage, Storm Drain and Street Improvements (Phase 1) in Yavapai County, AZ - Project #1822210 was $555,555.02. After final quantities were calculated, this project was completed under budget in the decreased amount of $28,546.50. The final contract price is $527,008.52. This project was jointly funded by the Flood Control District and HURF. See fiscal impact for credit information.
We therefore request the Board of Supervisors approve this final change order in the decreased amount of $28,546.50 so that this project may be closed.
