School Superintendent - Approve agreements for E-Rate Consulting Services between the Yavapai County School Superintendent and the following entities:  Acclaim Academy, YC Contract No. 2018-216; Cupertino Power Learning Academy, YC Contract No. 2018-220; The Town of Jerome Library,  YC Contract No. 2018-233;  Cochise County Educational Technology Consortium, YC Contract No. 2018-279 and Yucca Elementary School District # 13, YC Contract No. 2018-250. 
Brief Explanation of Need
Yavapai County School Superintendent has been asked to enter into an agreement with the following listed below.
The Estimated amount to be paid to Yavapai County School Superintendent will be as follows.
Acclaim Academy YC Contract No. 2018-216  FY 2018-19  $700.00  FY 2019-20  $2350.00  FY 2020-21  $2350.00
Cupertino Power Learning Academy YC Contract No. 2018-220  FY 2018-19  $500.00  FY 2019-20  $500.00  FY 2020-21  $500.00
The Town of Jerome Library YC Contract No. 2018-233  FY 2018-19  $200.00  FY 2019-20  $200.00  FY 2020-21  $200.00 
Cochise County Educational Technology Consortium  YC Contract No. 2018-279  FY 2018-19  $3500.00
Yucca Elementary School  District # 13  YC Contract No. 2018-250  FY 2018-19  $1000.00  FY 2019-20  $1000.00  FY 2020-21  $1000.00.
