Development Services - Consideration of a Use Permit to allow for a manufactured home on an approximate 2.04-acre parcel in an R1L-175 (Residential; Limited; 175,000 square foot minimum lot size) zoning district; APN: 402-13-128F; H18042; Cari Gorman-Salisbury. The subject property is located on the West side of Orme Road off Rocking J Lane in the Dewey area. S08 T13N R02E G&SRB&M. (District 2 - Supervisor Thurman)
Brief Explanation of Need
On December 6, 2018 the Planning and Zoning Commission voted on a motion for recommendation to deny Use Permit HA# H18042. The vote was split 5 to 2 with Commissioner Stewart and Commissioner Griffis opposed.

Should the Board decide to approve the Use Permit, H18042, the following conditions of approval might also be considered.
  1. A Use Permit to allow for the installation of a manufactured home in an R1L zoning district.
  2. Property to be developed in accordance with all applicable codes, regulations and ordinance requirements.
  3. Certificate of Compliance within 1 year of Board of Supervisor's approval.
  4. In the event the owner of the subject property files a claim under ARS Section 12-1134 regarding this Use Permit, this Use Permit shall be null and void.
