Brief Explanation of Need
Yavapai County continues to develop and refine justice and mental health initiatives to improve the outcome for people with mental illness or co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders. This is a supplemental agreement with WCG to provide an evaluator for the Mental Health Awareness training from September 2018 to September 2021.   This agreement will be paid with the SAMHSA-MHAT grant in the amount of $12,500.00 in 11 monthly installments of $1,000.00 and one payment of $1,500.00.
This agreement will provide an evaluator for Mental Health Awareness Training to work with the grant project team in the collection of required Government Performance Review Assessment performance measures and to report on progress in meeting the measures.
