Facilities - Approve termination of Service Agreement with Northern Arizona Garage Doors, LLC. for the remainder of FY 2017-18, in the amount of ($1,011.00) credit for third & fourth quarters FY 2017-18.  YC Contract No. 2018-015 (District 2 - Supervisor Thurman)
Brief Explanation of Need
Facilities has a Service Agreement with Northern Arizona Garage Doors, LLC to provide Overhead Door Maintenance and Inspection Services for the Camp Verde area for the current fiscal year.  The vendor has informed Facilities they are no longer in business and unable to provide the services as specified in the Service Agreement for the remainder of FY 2017-18.  Request approval to terminate the Service Agreement with Northern Arizona Garage Doors, LLC for the remainder of FY 2017-18.  Facilities has found another vendor for the Camp Verde area and is in the process of securing a new Service Agreement.
